How do you add Laser Debit Card to Paypal?

Hello, i am living in the Republic of Ireland, and I have a Laser Maestro Debit Card. However it does not have a Card Security Code so I cannot use it as a Maestro card online, and not many sellers accept Laser Card. Does anyone know how to add my Laser Card onto Paypal so I can then use paypal online?|||i may be wrong but i don't think you can use the laser card!!!!
