How long does it take for money to activate on Walmart Visa Debit Card?

Hello all, I bought a Visa debit card and but some money on it. I already activated the card and everything. How long will it take until I can use the money?|||Should happen almost instantly.|||About 1/2 a second after you hang up with the activation people.
