AMAZON question: Can I pay with a debit card AND a credit card for the same transaction?

Want to use up the rest of my debit card and then the rest of the purchase I'd like to pay by credit card. Is this possible with Amazon? I do have a paypal account, but not sure if that helps at all. Not very familiar with Paypal. Thanks for the help!|||Most on-line sites I make purchases from do not have a 2nd window to pay with a second form of payment.
