My friends have their own Paypal account, and by it they can make transactions and get paid through blogging via Paypal. They told me to disregard the prompt regarding filling in a working credit/debit card.
But if I disregard it and wasn't able to fill the credit/debit card form, I can't send out money. HELP.

You can receive money if another paypal user sends you money and the you are able to send you paypal balance to other paypal users.|||This is NOT a Pay Pal forum.
Please look elsewhere|||paypal might have change their pocicly since your friends joined
because if didnt have a way to link your acccount with a bank account or credit card you couldnt transfer money from them to your bank account
there would no way for you get your money from your paypal accouint to you|||you need a bank account to use paypal
how else could you get your money if you want to use it
