I want to get a preloaded debit card for someone, and load it with my money and have it sent to them directly. And then I don't want them to have access to my billing info either. Do you know of a site that will do this?|||I'm not sure what you need it for but if it is to a person, you could ask them if they would accept a VISA gift card. To a company, I don't think they will accept that.
