Hoe do you have paypal funds deposited into your debit card?

I have recieved payment from paypal before that went directly into my debit card, but I just recieved another pament from a buyer on Ebay and the funds are in my paypal account, but not on my debit card. Can anyone help me?|||If you have a PayPal debit card, that is tied in directly with your PayPal account and you can use whatever funds are in there. Other debit cards have nothing to do with PayPal.|||They cannot be deposited into your debit card. They should be deposited into your bank account.
