How are stimulus payment going to be payed to people that got their refund on a MasterCard debit card?

We had our taxes done at H%26amp;R and got the refund immediatly on a debit card (mastercard) that they offered. The IRS website said that people who direct deposited will get the payments first and they will be direct deposited and everyone else will get a check in the mail later. So what will happen to my payment? I wonder if it will go onto that card. Anyone have any ideas?|||You will get your rebate in the mail and unfortunately wait a bit longer.

That is what I like to call Irony. Paying for a rapid refund then have to wait a lot longer to get the rebate than others that used DD. When you could have waited 15 days for a Direct Deposit refund and have your rebate almost a month earlier.|||From the IRS website http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,i鈥?/a>

How will you receive the payment? Be sure to choose direct deposit when you file your tax return, even if you aren't due a regular tax refund on your tax return. That way, the stimulus payment will go right to your bank account. Otherwise, we'll mail you a check.

The refund you got from H%26amp;R was put directly on a debit card. That is not direct deposit, and you may not have given your direct deposit information on your tax return. If so, you will receive your stimulus rebate by CHECK.|||No, it won't go on the card, it will come to you as a check in the mail. The only stimulus payments that will be direct deposited are for the people who had their refunds deposited into their OWN accounts.|||There is a link to this right now on yahoo's homepage.
