How can I debit card be a credit card?
If I show them a debit card why do they ask debit or credit?|||Some cards are both a debit and credit card ....some just debit and the sales person needs to tell the machine where the customer wants the money removed from.|||Because they are charged differently and you need to enter a PIN if used as debit. The money still comes out of your account immediately.|||There is no way for a cashier to know if you are holding a debit or credit card. They look the same.
