Can you use a Vancity debit card to buy things on Ebay via paypal?

I have a vancity debit card that supports AccuLink, Plus, Accel, and Interact. I was wondering If I could use it to buy things on ebay.|||If the seller accepts such payment method, then why not?|||yes!!!
